This notice explains how Additive Co., Ltd. (“Additiv”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit additivlab.com or contact us through it. We are the data controller for that information under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
additivlab.com is an information site. There is no account to create, no cart, no checkout and no payment. We do not collect payment card details, delivery addresses or order histories, because there is nothing here to buy.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form we receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject you selected or arrived from, and the message you write. You choose what to put in these fields; only name, email address and a message are required.
Information collected automatically. When you load a page we receive:
- Your IP address and the country it indicates. This is recorded with each inquiry so that we can tell where an enquiry originates, and it is used to limit how many times the form can be submitted from one address, which is how we stop automated abuse.
- Standard technical data — browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view — collected through Google Analytics 4 for audience measurement.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and follow up commercially — necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to potential customers.
- To protect the site — rate limiting and abuse prevention using your IP address, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.
- To understand how the site is used — aggregate analytics, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving it.
- To meet legal and tax obligations where an enquiry becomes a business relationship.
Who processes it for us
We keep the number of parties deliberately small. Each of the following processes data on our instructions only:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, content delivery and security for additivlab.com.
- Make (Celonis SE) — receives the inquiry form submission and routes it to us. Servers in the European Union.
- Google LLC — Google Workspace for the mailbox that receives enquiries, Google Sheets for the record of them, and Google Analytics 4 for site measurement.
These providers operate outside Thailand, so your data is transferred abroad. Each is engaged under terms that require an adequate level of protection, consistent with sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.
We otherwise disclose personal data only where the law requires it, or to professional advisers under a duty of confidence.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and to maintain a record of our dealings with you — ordinarily no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or the enquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in Google Analytics, currently up to 14 months.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us to give you access to your personal data or a copy of it; correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete; delete it or anonymise it; suspend its use; or provide it in a portable form. You may object to processing that relies on our legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you have given, at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
We will respond within the period the PDPA allows. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections, submissions travel to us encrypted in transit, and access to enquiry records is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, which is business contact information rather than financial or sensitive personal data.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this notice and the date at the top. Material changes will be made prominent on this page.
